We were pleased to attend the Steadfast New Zealand Conference 2026, held from 20–22 September at the New Zealand International Convention Centre. With the theme “GO BEYOND”, the event offered a valuable opportunity to connect with insurance partners and fellow brokers, and explore developments shaping our industry.
One of the most valuable parts of the conference was spending time with the people we work with across the insurance industry. It was a chance to catch up with familiar faces, build new connections and hear how others are approaching the challenges we encounter as brokers. Stepping away from our daily routines also gave us space to reflect on our own approach to client service.
We returned with fresh perspectives and stronger connections. As insurance brokers, keeping up with the market and maintaining close working relationships with insurers helps us ask better questions, explore suitable cover options and advocate for our clients when it matters.
